Branch Manager – Adams Village, Dorchester
Do you run your own branch, but want more autonomy? Less sales pressure? More involvement with your customers and the community? The ability to make decisions and solve problems?
We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Adams Village, Dorchester branch.
The Branch Manager is responsible for providing a superior level of service to members and will be committed to the continued success of the Adams Village branch in line with the Credit Union’s Strategic Business Plan. The incumbent will have a hands-on approach while achieving branch deposit, membership, consumer, and mortgage lending growth. The Branch Manager is responsible for bringing out the best of the branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation and will be actively involved with the Adams Village community.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or proven branch management experience, five or more years of credit union or bank branch management. A solid understanding of consumer and mortgage lending policies and practices, excellent communication and PC skills, and a strong working knowledge of banking products and related compliance rules and regulations. Prior business development experience is required.
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required within 30 days of active employment.

Branch Specialist – Everett Branch

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Branch Specialist to join the team at our Everett Branch.
The Branch Specialist is responsible for providing a superior level of service to our membership. In addition to processing member transactions, you will address member inquiries, assist members in identifying products to satisfy their needs, open new accounts, assist with consumer loans, and provide clerical support for the branch.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking or credit union experience is strongly preferred, or at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and teller processing (Fiserv DNA, a plus). Knowledgeable of standard credit union products and services.
